What we collect

When you order, we collect what's needed to make and ship it: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. You enter payment details directly with Stripe; we don't receive or store your full card number.

Cookies, local storage, and attribution

We store a small amount of data in your browser to run the store and measure where visitors come from: your cart; the first marketing tags you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the referring website's domain, kept for 30 days; and, if you clicked an X (Twitter) ad, the X click ID (twclid), kept for 30 days. When you check out, these attribution values are attached to your Stripe checkout session so we can tell which posts and ads lead to sales.

Advertising measurement

We use the X (Twitter) pixel and X's conversions API to measure ad performance, for example when an item is added to the cart or purchased. This may share the X click ID, order value, and product details with X. We don't sell your personal information.

How we use it

To process payment, fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and understand which marketing works.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the store: Stripe (payments and checkout, including abandoned-checkout reminder emails where enabled), Printful (printing and shipping), Resend (order and notification emails), X (ad measurement, as described above), and our hosting (Vercel) and database (Neon) providers. Each gets only what it needs. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Emails

We send transactional emails about your order. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and tax and accounting obligations. You can clear browser storage at any time to remove attribution data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us; depending on where you live (for example California or Canada), you may have additional rights under local law.
