Returns & Refunds Policy

Made to order

Every item is printed on demand just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size details before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel an order if it hasn't entered production. Email us as soon as possible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
